Session Payment
Payment is due in advance of each session. Sessions are arranged flexibly to suit busy professional lives — though a regular slot can bring real benefit to the depth of the work. Three convenient payment methods are available.
How to Pay
Option 01
Credit or Debit Card
Pay securely online by credit or debit card using the button below. You will be taken to a secure payment page. Payment is processed immediately and a receipt is sent to your email address.

Option 02
Scan to Pay
Scan the QR code using your phone's camera or banking app to be taken directly to the payment page. No typing required.
Option 03
Bank Transfer
Transfer directly to the practice bank account. Sort code and account number are available on request. Please use your first name and last initial as the payment reference so your payment can be identified.
Session Terms
Payment Timing
Payment is due in advance of each session. Sessions are arranged flexibly to accommodate busy professional lives — though a consistent, regular time is often more beneficial to the depth and continuity of the work. Please ensure payment is made before your session begins.
Cancellation — 48 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full session fee, as your time has been held and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
Session Length
Each therapy session is 50 minutes in duration. Sessions begin and end at the agreed time. This is standard practice in psychotherapy and ensures the consistency and rhythm that depth work depends on.
Initial Consultation
The initial 20-minute consultation is offered free of charge. This is a space to explore what brings you, ask any questions, and consider whether this practice feels like the right fit — with no obligation.
Fee Reviews
Session fees are reviewed annually. Any proposed change will be discussed well in advance, giving you time to consider and respond. Fee changes are never applied without prior agreement.
